Brewer Aaron has been embracing mash hopping as a core part of our flagship NA IPA, and this batch takes it to a whole new level. Starting with Columbus hops from Crosby Hop Farms in Oregon for the mash and early boil, we layered in a bigger whirlpool charge inspired by this year’s fresh hop batch. For hops, we went all in with Meridian, Lorien, and Nugget, creating a beer that feels distinctly Oregon-inspired.
