Crafted one batch at a time by our friends at Bovina Spirits at their barn in the Catskills, they distill, bottle, and ship each order themselves. White flowers & green watermelon rind on the nose, followed by jasmine, peppery spice, cardamom, & stone fruit. On the palate you'll find a silky roundness, black walnut, fresh cut fennel, creamy sweetness, orange rind, bitter herbs, tropical fruit, followed by a voluptuous texture. Botanicals: juniper, coriander, cassia bark, angelica root, licorice root, orange peel, & cubeb. "In Isolation Proof, these botanical essences mingle in a heady perfume that suggests leafy greenery, woodsy spice, and warm citrus.
