Opuntia microdasys var "Albispina" - 2in

Also known as 'Bunny Ears,' Opuntia microdasys var. albispina is a low-maintenance cactus which can grow up to 2 feet tall and 5 feet wide.Make great ornamental houseplants because they have cute pads that are shaped like rabbit ears.“microdasys” is the Latin term for “small and hairy”.Their flowers and fruits are non-toxic to humans and pets, but it has many fine, white glochids which are irritating when embedded in skin.Place these cacti in a location where cats, dogs, and children cannot touch them as the glochids detach easily.  This plant has been grown in a 2 inch pot. You will receive a very similar plant to the one in the picture. The plant is shipped "semi-dry-root" (with some soil to help protect roots).
