EB-200QPY UV Curing Machine for Bottles

The EB-200QPY is a light to medium duty UV ink curing machine designed specifically for bottles and other cylindrical items. It can also be adjusted for curing UV ink on flat items. The EB-200QPY has both a sealed structure and conveyor transmission. The speed of the conveyor and the distance between UV lamp and the substrate is adjustable to accommodate larger materials. An exhauster is equipped to remove excess heat from the curing chamber to prolong lamp life. Half-scale intensity light (3.75KW) and full-scale intensity light (5KW) sources are optional. Max.
