Camellia 'Red' ~ Red Camellia

 Red Camellias are often upright evergreen shrub with leathery leaves that stay deep green year-round.  Large single, semi-double, or double red flowers have prominent yellow stamen and bloom from late winter into early spring attracting butterflies.  Best blooms occur in partial sun and acidic, well-drained soil.   Rather than a specific cultivar, this selection is a random available red flowering camellia.
