Frosted Curls New Zealand Sedge is an evergreen grass with dense weeping silvery-green foliage with silver tips.  Inconspicuous flowers.  Prefers partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils.  Type:  Orn. It can be planted in near full sun if the soil is consistently moist but will have less color.  Cut foliage to the ground and remove it in late winter. Mulch will help protect roots.
