Jonang Refuge Field Thangka - Temple Sale (Blessed in Empowerment)

This thangka is part of our temple's sale. It has been part of many of Khentrul Rinpoche's empowerment ceremonies. From time to time we make these blessed objects available to the community if the Thangka has been replaced with a hand painted or larger version in the same location. This way a practioners has a chance to use the blessed object at home or in their temple. This one was use in Bodh Gaya for the Kalachakra Empowerment as well as in Puerto Rico. --------This painting depicts a great host of enlightened beings which can be used as a support for the accumulation of merit. In accordance with the Jonang-Shambhala Tradition, this very special image depicts: Primordial Buddha and the 35 Dharma Kings of Shambhala Kunkyen Dolpopa and the Lineage Masters of the Vajra Yoga Lineage Shri Kalachakra and the yidam deities of the four classes of tantra Buddha-Shakyamuni and the Thousand Buddhas of this fortunate aeon Sanghas of Bodhisattvas, Pratyekabuddhas and Shravakas A host of Dakinis
