This straight bourbon is comprised of a blend of two straight bourbons ranging from 4 years to 7 years of age. Each bourbon was selected to best exploit and enhance the nuances of a medium charred Garryana cask. This bourbon is in a class of its own and a seamless marriage of Southern spice and Northwest terroir. Goose Hollow was named after the established Portland neighborhood that nestles the base of the Wes Hills, where Victorian homes still line the streets from the city's early days.
