Apricot Cranberry Sourdough

This lovely bread is like a slice of sunshine on your plate. Apricot Cranberry Sourdough is a fragrant, bright loaf speckled with chopped apricots and dried cranberries, and just a touch of orange. This bread features organic bread flour from Meadowlark Organics nearby in Wisconsin.  The whole-grain flour in this bread makes it slightly sturdy, while the fruit adds sweetness and even more texture.
