Produced in an ancient method of sparkling wine by capturing the primary fermentation in bottle, this wine tastes of fresh harvest flavors, youthful exuberance and summer sun. It is unfiltered, unpolished, and fresh off the vine. In fact, because it is new, we expect that if you drink it fresh, you will taste the summer sun on the grapes.
