Red Algae Detoxifying Toner

Use twice a day, morning and night. Apply to cleansed skin. Soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently apply onto face and neck. You can also apply toner directly onto skin using your hands. Do not rinse. Follow with serum or moisturizer.
