Please note: Although some images show chokers made with 7 larger gems, ALL custom chokers will be made with 11 smaller gems as our new default. If you prefer the design with 7 larger gems instead, no problem! Please email me after purchasing and let me know :) Adjustable:Our Gemstone Chokers are entirely adjustable. They are intentionally designed to leave room for moving and breathing naturally, although you can tighten it to your liking. Simply adjust it to your desired comfort level using the chain and lobster clasp in the back to secure it. The Choker itself is slightly flexible offering maximum comfortability!Sizing:Standard: The standard choker size is 10.5 inches around + 4 inches of adjustable chain. This fits a neck comfortably as small as 11 inches up to 14 inches!Medium: The medium size choker is 12 inches
