Journaling the Journey, with Hugs Along the Way is a journal that aims to guide you through self-discovery by identifying, expressing, and releasing emotions. Often times we can feel the same or even worse continuing to talk or write about a situation that was unpleasant. The instructions offered in the book come from my clinical background as a therapist while the bonus guided visualization exercise comes from a compilation of my therapeautic background and my personal spiritual journey to help you shift the emotions (energy-n-motion) out of your physical body and energetic field. Sometimes we are afraid to bask in the pleasures of life, big or small, for fear we will "jinx" it or we're "waiting for the other shoe to drop". Life is a balance, and whether you choose to enjoy it or not, pleasurable and unpleasurable things will still happen (depending on your mindset). I believe that life is a win-win, whether you get the medal now or down the road (that's another story) doesn't matter
