“Sunlit Serenade”

“Sunlit Serenade” is the first piece in my new series ephemeral. This artwork was created by Eco-printing flowers (that I planted on my balcony) onto cotton fabric and then hand stitching a drawing of a live model with threads of varying thicknesses. The work has been stretched on canvas bars   This series reminds us both with materials and subject matter that we grace this planet for a blink in time, but that there is exuberant beauty within that glimpse. Like us humans, growing and changing with time, the printed flowers will to change and shift.  Dimensions: 17”x19” For proper care, keep out of direct sunlight and away from humidity.
