Making your own lavender syrup is easy with our DIY bag of culinary grade lavender sugar. It's all measured perfectly so you don't have to guess. Just add entire 8 oz bag of lavender sugar and one cup of water into a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Once steeped and cooled pour syrup into a fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth. Store your syrup in the refrigerator for up to a month in a sealed glass jar.
