Fabspeed Porsche 964 Carrera Cup High Performance Airbox (1989-1994)

An historically accurate REPLICA - COPY of the Porsche Motorsport Germany 911 Carrera CUP Racing airbox coverlid used in the European 964 Carrera CUP races at FORMULA 1 events. Direct bolt-on replacement for the factory 964 air box COVER-LID  providing increased airflow and significant immediate power improvement. CAD Designed DYNO developed and CNC machined inhouse on our HASS VF2 vertical mill T6061 Aluminum and anodized gold. The gold color matches the yellow zinc plated OEM hardware that Porsche used in all their air-cooled cars from this era. A SEXY proven tastefully upgrade- that adds to gutsy throaty 3.6 liter flat-6 aircooled sportscar sound and significant power gain.  The design of this airbox cover was inspired by factory Porsche Cup Cars. Porsche AG simply CUT AWAY the stock plastic airbox so it was simply a picture FRAME holding the stock paper filter in place .
