Girls Garage is a design and construction school for girls and gender-expansive youth ages 9-18 in Berkeley, CA. Through classes in carpentry, welding, architecture, and activist art—under the guidance of their highly skilled all-female staff—they support and equip fearless youth to build the world they want to see. When I heard that they were looking for committed individuals to help them fundraise in joy, I knew immediately that I wanted to get involved. So I joined the GG100, taking on the task of raising $500 or more by August 15 to fund free programs for teens. To this end, I've designed a limited edition of mugs celebrating their mission to Fear Less. Build More. The full cost of each mug, excluding shipping, will go straight to Girls Garage.
