Bulbophyllum virescens “Red”

Species from Malaysia This species grows very large and has spectacular umbels of flowers. The typical form is greenish yellow, but this is a rare clone with higher concentrations of red in the flowers. It is also not the closely-related Bulbo. binnendijkii. These are established seedlings from a flask I imported last year. They have been out of flask since summer 2019. The plant pictured is one of the available plants for sale and is a good representation of the lot.
