Tectonic Dragonfly Kit

Inspired by the local insects who visit our workshop, these educational toys are a fun way to promote discovery about different engineering systems. The Tectonic Dragonfly illustrates the transfer of force through rotation and gears.  Toy dragonfly utilizes interlinked, gear-activated, alternating pivoting wing sets.  Made in Salt Lake City with biodegradable corn oil.  Dimensions: 15"(w) x 10"(l) x 1.5"(h).  For ages 13 and up.
