Watermelon Tourmaline (4.13ct)

A truly gorgeous watermelon tourmaline!  Coming in at 4.13cts, this richly saturated gem transitions from a wonderful shade of pink down to a lively green.  One of my favorite aspects of this gem is its cut.  It is largely a long rectangular shape, but has been cut in a criss-cut pattern that gives a cool "antique" feel to it.  This gem, while largely clean, does have some inclusions visible particularly in the pink section.  The most notable however is a bit difficult to see in the pictures and is on the corner of the green section.  There's a small internal fracture there which makes that particular corner somewhat fragile so it would not be advisable to put this gem into a ring.  However, a pendant would be absolutely perfect!Dimensions: 18.44 x 5.92 x 4.25 mm
