The Bb is professionally tuned and recommended for musicians. It will play in Bb Major, C minor and in Eb pentatonic major a nice Jazz instrument. The less expensive one is tuned to itself and best played by yourself.  As cool as this instrument is, it's limitation is that it has only one octave.
