[F2F] 2025-2026 PDC Update and More

This workshop fulfills the Kansas regulatory requirements for annual “learning” by all district PDC members to review the roles and responsibilities of the local PDC. Understanding the change process and applying the Standards of Professional Learning moves educators from KNOWING to DOING in classrooms, on your team, in your building/district, and across our state. This session will focus on your comprehensive plan for professional learning to increase educator effectiveness and results for all students. PDC's are encouraged to attend as a team, if possible. They are also encouraged to bring copies of their district's professional development plan, a copy of the Kansas Professional Development Program Guidelines (these can be downloaded from the KSDE website), copies of district and/or building school improvement plans, and a personal laptop, if possible. NOTE: Kansas regulations require this annual training for all PDC members but will allow districts to send a minimum of one member o
