Customized Design Fee

Our customized design option is now here! We do have a few things to point out. Our customized design fee is Non-Refundable and is only for the design time. You should have spoken to us before paying this fee. Editing and images: Once you give us the idea or images and we put it together, we will send you a rough draft. Once you review it you will have ONE opportunity for small revisions, we will move a few items around or may switch an image out if another is available. But only small edits will be done.   Images If you supply images, they need to be black and white, no greys and no colors. Remember this is engraved not painted or printing, all we do is laser off the coating so whatever the color the metal on the cup or bottle is, that is what color the linework will be on the image. Light color cups: Images with faces or small details look better on light colors.  Dark cups:  Images on a dark background will look more like a negative image. Please visit our gallery to see what e
