Psychic Self-Defense | Body Scan | Parasite Clearing | Channel the Red Flame & Violet Flame | Guided Meditation

This is a guided meditation in which you practice scanning your body and clearing yourself of parasitic attachments. We use the Red Flame to incinerate any parasitic entities and send them back to the higher realms so that they can receiving healing and find their way home. We also weave a net out of the Violet Flame to help shrink and forgive any particularly enthusiastic parasites. You can use these same techniques to defend yourself against parasitic entities that might approach you in your dreams, in meditation, or in your waking life. This self-defense practice would be great for anyone sensing that lower-astral beings are bothering them. I created this recording with newly awakened souls in mind.
