Learn to Knit

Join in with other new knitters to begin your knitting journey. Knitting a family hat in the round is the basic starting point for new knitters in our shop.  You'll learn how to knit in the round on circular needles and decrease the crown using the Magic Loop technique.  Stitches learned in class provide a basic foundation in knitting & boosts confidence for future beginner level projects and classes. The following stiches are learning points of the class: Cast –on Knit stitch Purl stitch Decreases Cast-off Weave in the ends Homework: Please knit at home between classes.
