Romney wool roving

This is a locally grown Romney roving in white. It had been pin-drafted which means after the carder the roving was run thru another machine that further aligns the fibers in a more parallel fashion. This makes for a very smooth fiber to spin.  This roving is perfect fit beginning spinners although all would enjoy the breed. Dyers beware, this fiber is begging for some color
