By Ernest Volkman and Blaine Baggett. Might be a neighborhood play genre-wise, but the back cover does promise tales about atomic-secrets theft, anti-Castro Mafia plots, and G. Gordon Liddy. I can't promise a dog didn't gnaw on this book, which has not just edgewear but a chunk out of the top (see pics), a cracked spine, and toned pages, as well as a few bends and creases to the cover. But it's sitting perfectly square, somehow, and it's a nice price.
