Star Permits now require a postcard notification for the inital filing as well. Product Includes:  300' Assessor Parcel Map 300' Property Owner List  Postcard Mailing (former requirement was stamped envelopes) Letter of Notification Certification  Electronic Copy Receipt  STAR PermitFor the initial STAR permit, it requires a public hearing with postcards. Applicants can do postcards or letters in envelopes on the renewals, as they no longer require a public hearing unless they have violations that require another public hearing. Those that have existing STLUs have not had to do a public hearing to operate as an STLU in the past. This is a new permit process to operate as a STAR outside the zone.  STLU Permit*Short Term Rental STLU (non Star) product does not include envelopes & postage or a hearing/postcard. The applicant just does an inf
