Here is what you get in this kit: 1 housing - grey/silver color 1 dial - gray with white numerals/hash marks 1 gear - color may vary You will need to supply a 5/16" rod, 3/8" rod & the set screws for the dial and the gear.  Assembly takes less than 15 minutes.
