Simply the best of both worlds. Our truffles are all about the chocolate: dense, dark, and delightfully balanced. As always, the chocolate we use is organic, direct trade, and soy free. Each truffle is crafted with a rich 71% organic, direct trade cacao ganache center (made with a splash of Vermont heavy cream and gently infused with ingredients such as spices, herbs & fruit zest). Then the truffles are dipped in another layer of 71% chocolate and hand decorated.  Works of art, as delicious as they are beautiful.
