Twin Otters Crop Tee

I had a particularly good time drawing this piece because it meant I got to indulge in one of my favorite pastimes: watching cute otter videos online! (and I still got to claim I was working… are ya jealous?) There is nothing more certain to turn a bad day around for me than pulling up a few short clips of these impish fellas playing and cuddling. An unbelievably soft and drapey modal crop seemed like the perfect backdrop for these hyper detailed pair of river otters. The circular pattern and entangled fronds of kelp give the impression that they are tumbling over one another in a current, interlocked in their own small world.  “Twin Otters” was hand drawn by Joelle.
