At a time when much of the Tequila industry has long since transitioned to an industrial style of production, Arette Artesanal Suave Blanco from one of the longest running family producers in the region, is made according to more of the traditional artisan techniques using a brick oven to cook the 100% estate grown agaves and fermented in concrete instead of stainless steel prior to distillation.
