Heddle Hook

Heddle or threading hooks make threading your rigid heddle or table loom easy and convenient. Ashford provides two types of heddle hooks, a double-ended nylon hook and a metal hook with a nylon handle.Nylon: Made from strong but flexible acetal nylon, this hook has a thicker end that works as a sley hook for sleying the reed, and a narrow end for threading the heddles. Great for rigid heddle looms where the reed has both slots and holes to thread.Metal: Made of stainless steel with a nylon handle, this hook is both durable and comfortable to use. The hook is long and thin, making it easy to thread even the smallest heddles. It also has a sharp point that makes it easy to catch the warp threads. Works well on multi-shaft looms.
