Harvested the last few weeks of July 2025, this honey is incredible. It has a light complex flavor. 100% pure. Filtered once through a restaurant quality micro screen. We live on 15 acres where our bees forage on wildflowers, locust trees, honeysuckle and all things that spring has to offer. This is the larger of our two jars sold on line. 1.5 pound.
