Unisex Button Up in Lemon Wood Sorrel

Our first unisex top. Short sleeve with a over sized fit. Straight collar and front pocket. 7 buttons, made of are our signature deadstock brass. Wear tied up for a more cropped-feminine look, or straight down for a more butch look.   The Lemon sorrel print is a collaboration with Phoebe Wahl and Field Day designer Trinity Cross. Phoebe Wahl is an artist, activist, & one of our very favorite illustrators.  Phoebe's art talks about important issues the world is facing, including racism, immigration, sexism, and fat phobia (just to name a few).   The illustration is of Wood Sorrel Oxalis acetosella, an edible wild plant that's taste resembles the sourness of a lemon. They are incredibly refreshing and thirst-quenching. Wood Sorrel is high in vitamin C and A, and is said helps with fever reduction, increased appetite, and reducing inflammation when applied topically.  Wood Sorrel also acts as ground cover, protecting our soil.
