A 30 minute session is beneficial when limited on time, check-ins and small detail support.  It is ideal for younger athletes with a shorter attention span. 30 minutes also works best for Zoom calls. Mental performance skill areas may include but are not limited to: Goal Setting, Mental Toughness, Confidence, Mindset, Attitude, Performance Under Pressure, Pre/Post Game Strategies, Imagery/Visualization, Concentration/Focus, Composure, Team Cohesion, Burnout, Injury Recovery.
