
Lobo (Guayubira Handle)
Lobo is a bit of a wolf in sheep's clothing if the wolf was trying to sneak into the produce section. While at first glance it looks like a butcher's cleaver, Lobo is more suited for dicing veggies than chopping bones. It is most similar to our Noa Nakiri Knife but features a taller blade for added clearance and a slightly more curved blade towards the angled nose. Handle: This model features a Guayubira base with a lighter Ash separator. Guayubira is native to the triple-border region of Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil. It is known for its distinguished chocolate color with streaks of yellowish-white. Other available handles include Purple Heart and Olive. Blade: The blade is made of 420 MOV Stainless Steel, which is one of the most widely used knife-making in the world.
