
Summer Boot Camp (Weekly)
Are you motivated to get in top shape for next season? Join Coach Kern for his Summer Boot Camp special to build your elite athleticism! This 7-week program is a 4-day/week program designed to improve power & strength, speed & explosiveness, and endurance. Group sessions will be held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday as follows: MORNINGS at Van Nuys Rec Center - 14301 Vanowen St., Van Nuys, CA 10:00-11:00a & 11:00a-12:00p AFTERNOONS at Mason Park - 10500 Mason Ave, Chatsworth, CA 4:00-5:00p, 5:00-6:00p, 6:00-7:00p Weekly Rate of of only $90 gives you access to all 4 days each week. Join the session that fits your schedule and come get this intense, high energy work! Sessions will run from June 23rd - Aug 8th. Mon & Thu will focus on strength through bodyweight exercises and plyometrics. Tue & Fri will focus on speed and explosion through sprints, mechanics, and fast twitch drills.
