Sourdough Bundle

If you are ready to dive into sourdough, you can order this sourdough kit! It contains Jami's brand new From Scratch Sourdough Cookbook and your starter of choice.  You can choose between the San Francisco Sourdough Starter or the Whole Wheat starter. Either one you choose, you can always convert it to another flour (instructions In the cookbook).  The cookbook instructs you to start with a simple white starter (the San Fransisco one) and then provides the steps to transitioning it into a whole-grain starter if you want!  So if you want to follow along in the cookbook to a T, order the San Francisco starter. If you are a bit more experienced and want to start straight away with the whole wheat, choose that one!  Check out the cookbook here for more details!
