30"x20" (76cmx50cm) acrylic painting and charcoal on canvas. This painting, created with a palette knife and touches of charcoal with tunes playing loudly in the background, was the first abstract I completed following my COVID vaccination. It is named "Opening Up #1" because it holds for me a cautious optimism for the opening up of life as we remember it.
