There is a savory character to go along with a silky texture. This has that classic Burgundian finesse and balance.  A natural winemaking approach is followed with minimal intervention.  Native / natural yeasts are used and fermentation is spontaneous.  The wine is unfiltered and estate bottled.  Practicing organic farming.
