Freedive Studio - for new members

Join classes at our Freedive Studio at beautiful Lake Berryessa in the heart of California wine country. Our classes are designed for everyone from certified beginners to advanced freedivers. Build upon what you learned in your Beginner Class, or deepen your practice at your own pace. Start with an Intro Class (choose your date above), then you can continue on to our regular classes. TimingThe Intro Class runs 10am - 1pm on the Sunday of your choice. Regular classes run every Sunday, from 10am - 1pm, with optional lunch afterwards from 2-3pm at the winery down the road, and optional land class on advanced topics from 9-10am beforehand.
