Freedive Studio - Intro Class

Join an Introductory Class at our Freedive Studio, which runs every Sunday morning at beautiful Lake Berryessa in the heart of California wine country. TimingThe Introductory Class runs on Sundays, from 10am - 1pm. Detailed schedule: 10am: Meet in the parking lot, briefing, walk down together. 10:30 - 11:15am: Land class. 11:15am - 1pm: Water class. 2-3pm (optional): Lunch at the Berryessa Gap winery down the road. Who should take this class?Our Introductory Class is designed for everyone from certified beginner to advanced freedivers.
