100% Gamay. Raspberries, strawberries, spice, and subtle earth. While still unmistakably Beaujolais, this is a structured red wine with beautiful fruit and a serious persona. Soft tannins on the finish that linger with the bright red fruits. Moulin-à-Vent is generally the sturdiest of Crus and it shows here. Decant to soften, or cellar. Outstanding!
