100% Pinot Noir. Raspberries, sour cherries, cinnamon, red beets, turned earth, flowers. This vintage is a bit rounder than what we have come to expect from Evesham, but it is still an elegant and taut Pinot Noir from Oregon that will pair beautifully with a wide range of dinners: roast chicken, pork roast, salmon, and nearly any vegetarian dish you can think of. This is delish.
