Tasting Notes: A light, golden honey harvested early summer when bees forage on fruit trees such as apple, pear, cherry blossoms, clover, spring flowers & our own garden herbs.   Pairings: Drizzled over cheddar cheese served with freshly sliced apples or spread over tahini with sesame seeds or mix into a honey mustard dressing.   Raw Honey is unfiltered & harvested in micro batches which retain all of the pollen, antioxidants & amino acids that are lost in large-scale produced honey. Raw honey will crystalize, to re-liquify place jar in warm water. Never microwave.
