55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Franc, approximately. Cassis, red currants, cherries, cocoa nibs, and light roast coffee bean. This is a full-bodied Bordeaux-style blend, but doesn’t fall into the jammy category of Cali Cabs. Nice ripe tannins from the grapes and fine grained tannins from French oak give this wine just enough grip but maintains a smooth finish.
