50% Pinot Noir and 50% Grenache. Apple, pear, green plum, and citrus are the delicate fruit aromas, while a subtle bread rising on the counter gives complexity. Technically a white wine; it does have a pink/gold tinge to it, but doesn’t really belong in the rosé category. Round and light, a fun discovery! Organic.
