Produced following winemaking traditions established by Cleto Chiarli over 140 years ago, it undergoes a gentle maceration before primary fermentation, then a slow secondary fermentation in closed tanks to preserve its purity and finesse. The bouquet is lifted and vibrant, offering delicate notes of dried strawberry, fresh herbs, and a subtle saline edge.
