"LS GRIS" is a 13-day skin contact wine. Organic farming. Grapes were co-fermented together in stainless steel vats. After the 13 days the tanks were drained and the wine was into neutral oak and stainless steel barrels. After a few months of settling the wine was bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulfur. Producer: Wavy Wines Region: Sonoma County, California Variety: Pinot Gris, Chardonnay Alcohol: 11.5%
